Valentines

Laurie and Jeff had a Valentine's party that included kiddos. Erin, Jim, and their son Wes were there. It was so much fun. Jeff made pizzas. The adults had champagne. The kids played. It was great. Maggie borrowed my phone. 

Ruby!

Maggie was making Aunt Susie's birthday card and she said, she likes sports so I'll add sporting pictures. 

Ruby's not quite long enough to touch the floor or heavy enough to pull the seat down so we improvised. 

She's in big girl diapers.

Baby goats!

We went to Paradise to see Grandma, Grandpa Dennis, and Amanda. They have six baby goats. This little girl's mama isn't doing such a hot job so she got a bottle.

I love how Ruby takes absolutely zero notice of the freaking baby goat right next to her. 

Maggie definitely noticed the baby goats. Jan got hilarious videos of Maggie chasing, and failing to catch, various baby goats. Jan and Amanda had to help her out.

Saturday I went to Eric's fourth birthday party. Here's Ruby and Lynette. 

Meanwhile Grandpa, Joann, Maggie, and Ella went hiking through beautiful Mineral Wells State Park.

That's Maggie's highchair. It's seen better days but I love having it for Ruby too.
