The Black Hole

Ruby's naps have been a black hole of insanity. She just has not been able to get over that 30 minute hump. I'm going to try something new. Basically I'm just going to make a schedule and either she sleeps or she doesn't. She gets so tired but I cannot spend 45 minutes getting her to sleep for 30 minutes, then she's only awake for an hour or so before she has to go back to sleep. We'll see how that goes but something's gotta give.

Sleep, or lack there of

Ruby sleeps great at night but naps are a whole different story. For whatever reason, at about 30 minutes after falling asleep, her eyes pop open like an alarm went off. Since she should be napping at least one hour every time, you can imagine how quickly she's tired again and how this compounds through the day. Which is all to say, we're running around like chickens with our heads cut off. Well I am. Desperately trying to get stuff done before Ruby needs to go back to sleep.
