Locked out

Sometimes the babies are the easy ones ....

And the big girls are the pains.

Sick!

We were so sick. It lasted a little over three weeks. Nonstop coughing. After three days without sleep, I broke down and took NyQuil. I finally got better and the next day Ruby started coughing. Ugh. 

We watched Adventures in Babysitting for movie night. Turns out it deals with some not-so-kid-friendly topics. Like homelessness, drug use, running away, income inequality, infidelity, gang violence, and teen prostitution. So that was fun. 

Maggie took a nap which the pinnacle of her illness. Thank goodness!

Fourth of July

Ruby wasn't feeling good on the 4th so Maggie and Richard went to the Hurst celebration without us. 

Boat ride

Ruby actually stayed in her "boat" for almost 5 minutes. I hardly knew what to do with all that time. 

Visiting Grandpa and Joanne

The girls spent the afternoon with Grandpa and Joanne. 

I think it's safe to say they had a good time. :)

Father's Day

It's like the raptors in Jurassic park. She's testing the gates.

Aunt Denise and Uncle Layne

We drove to Waco to meet up with Richard's aunt and uncle. We had dinner, took a walk, got some ice cream. It was very nice. 

Ruby was not a fan of the long car ride. It was not so nice.
