New Years' Day

Oh my, this day was so fun. We had no plans and just had our normal day and Laurie called and said Alan was making a big brunch and Gwen was coming over and we should come over too.
We had delicious food and mimosas. The big girls played nicely all day long. The babies were good and sweet and funny.
At one point Ruby got Jeff's beer and dumped it on her head. So that happened. Nothing like that baby smell. . . of beer.
This was such a great way to ring in the New Year.

Helping Grandpa

Grandpa came over to set up Ruby's kitchen. She was very helpful.

Arlene took the kids to the Fort Worth Science and History Museum.

Ruby's still getting up from her nap to sleep on me in the living room.

Christmas!

The girls were so excited. Ruby didn't really understand but she was still excited. Especially the ripping part.

Look at those little feets sticking out.

Maggie got a VR thingy from Grandmo. Uncle Jeff offered to help us calibrate it but then, unfortunately, Ella came down with the plague so. . .

This picture is like 7:45 am.

Christmas Eve!

I know I say this every year but! this was the best Christmas Eve ever. There were four baby girls running around. The big girls played nicely. The babies played nicely. No crying, just cute happy babies. The food was fantastic. Although Jilli and Ruby stole a lot of food. They ate every single thing off my first plate except my turkey. I'd give one a bite and the other would be making the baby bird face. Good thing they are so cute.

Ella played Jingle Bells on the piano.

Look at Jilli peeking in the corner. She's checking for food to steal.

We meant to get a picture of all six of Mamaw's great-granddaughters and. . . didn't. We're all collectively the worst.
Siblings.

We ran open and Maggie tore open the jammies. I changed Ruby while Maggie changed and they smiled for a picture so I could put Ruby to bed.

This is my new absolute favorite picture of my girls.
Ready for Christmas morning.
