Since we stayed the night at Aunt Laurie's house, we didn't get started until kinda late today. We did calendar and reading first. Then for writing I filled a pan with salt and we rolled her cubes with capital letter inserts and drew the letter in the salt. She did so well.
I love her cubes. I saw them on another homeschooling blog and they are amazingly versatile. I have letter inserts, numbers, color words, sight words, days of the week and months, coins, and many more. She loves throwing the cubes and they are such a great way to learn.
