Summer Catch Up, part 3

Oh, sweet Eddie bear. He stopped eating for a while and then he started again for a day or two and then he stopped again so it was just time. He was such a good boy. I'm so glad he had a happy, safe, warm, well-fed last few months.

Natasha is obsessed with tennis balls.

Ruby got tested for ADHD and the report was hilarious. The lady asked her if she didn't like anything else and Ruby "responded with a verbal shrug and asked, 'why would I not like something about myself?' Also, the lady asked her if anything had changed recently and she answered that she doesn't like cheeseburgers anymore. 

Natasha will get sore from chewing her tennis balls too long. But she also doesn't want the other dogs to steal them so she hides them under her face.

I love this dumb dog! She's laying down with her face in the dog door.

Guess who is in driver's ed??? I let her drive in parking lots several times. She hits the break SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard. And she doesn't check mirrors but she's learning.

Summer Catch-Up, part 2

 More Smiley. She's funny looking but very sweet. I miss her. I do not miss her incredibly long white fur. My roomba was not amused.

Maggie. Max. Razz.

Maggie's amazing art. Her talent is amazing. But, of course, she never goes more than a few hours without drawing. It's so creative and detailed. It amazes me.

We saw the newest Spiderverse movie this summer and she became obsessed. She was constantly sending me memes and pictures of the characters and drawing them and reading up about them. Mommy's little nerd!

I didn't get a good video of this but. . . the roomba runs into Honey and she does not move so it just bounces off of her and goes around. It cracks me up every single time.

Summer Catch Up, part 1

 Well, I didn't write all summer. Oops. Let's see. . . 

This is Maggie and Razz, doing who knows??? Being silly. Those two, plus Max, spent a lot of time together this summer.

Maggie is in high school!!! 

She texted me, "Mom, I had coffee!" I told her, "no, dear you had a coffee-flavored sweet drink."

That's Smiley. She was our foster for a while this summer. She was so sweet. They sent her to dog school and, I hope, she's been adopted.

Maggie actually liked Smiley.

Ella broke ANOTHER bone. 

Honey has finally been losing some weight. Ruby told me, "Mom, you're not going to be able to call her Fat Girl anymore. It won't make sense." I feel like it still makes sense.

She's so beautiful!!!

I had to start wearing glasses this summer. I need magnifying and blue blockers or my eyes can't focus. It's very strange to put on glasses and suddenly the words are clear.
