Sleep apnea!

 I have sleep apnea! I was so surprised I genuinely thought he had the wrong report. I had looked at all the sleep breathing disorders and dismissed them because I don't have any of the symptoms. Turns out, the only symptom I had was panicking and acting out when I would stop breathing. I am so relieved!
