Sophomore

Last week we went and got Maggie's sophomore (!!!) year schedule. She was in her Web Design class but she thought it was wrong because her teacher had told them it would be during 10th period and this class was during 4th period. I told her to send a message to the teacher, which she eventually did and it was just a change someone had made but it was the correct class.

Then, she was in Theatre Arts II and not Lit Mag. She had specifically gone and asked the teacher who runs the class if she could join and was told yes. I said, let's email the teacher. She did not want to because she didn't remember the teacher's name and was pretty sure she just didn't make the cut. I asked her again and told her I would help her and told her that worst case scenario, she's in exactly the same spot she is now. So, we went on to Martin's staff page, found the teacher, sent her an email, and. . . it was a miscommunication. She said she would take care of it and she was thrilled to have Maggie in her class. 

Maggie should be taking Geometry, and Audio/Visual class, PE, sign language 2, Chemistry, and English II, in addition to Lit Mag and Web Design. I'm excited by how much her schedule reflects her interests and talents. 

Can you believe this little baby is in her second year of high school???
